Boboli Line was born in Arezzo in 1980.
Our staff and management experience and professionality match with our items, which are appreciated in many international markets because of their quality and the wide choice of different materials. The attention used with machineries and the carefulness to the details have made the Venanzio Lucci trade a guarantee of success.
Boboli Line has been showing at Pitti Uomo for over 20 years, as well as in other important international fairs, where its successful creations helped to represent the Made in Italy trade.
The attention towards an always changing market is an important feature for a fashion firm, and it is for this reason that we decided to present Boboli Line on this web site.
Over the years our production has combined traditional handcrafted tailoring with the best machineries, ensuring garments cared for in every detail.
The Founder
Venanzio Lucci
After working for a big firm in Arezzo, where he worked with Kurt Salmon and many firms nearby, at the age of 24 he became the production manager of a firm of the Centrofinanziaria (capital Imi-Monte dei Paschi-Banca Toscana) which produced ladies' clothes. He succeeded in raising the firm's fame so brilliantly that he was charged to manage another sport wear firm at the same time, then to create a firm producing kids' clothing and finally one for men.
In the same period he valued the clothing firms which needed budget balancing and personally worked to achieve the target when possible — marketing target, investments, product, production, economic account for the first three years.
Excluding the first firm he worked for, he has always been a production or general manager — or both simultaneously — always working with the best Italian stylists and showing in the most important fairs.
In 1980 Venanzio Lucci creates in Arezzo the Boboli Line, which produces items placed in the best national and international shops, thanks to the use of the best national fabrics, the co-operation with various stylists and the experience and skill of its owner — all with a remarkable quality/price relationship.
